This notice covers thehumansuperpower.com and donotcalmdown.com, which are operated by Fulcrum Performance Lab, LLC, trading as Midtown Biohack NYC.
What is collected
The only information collected on this site is what you type into the speaking inquiry form. That is your name, your email address, and optionally your organization, your event date and location, a budget range, and whatever you write in the free text field.
The form also records how you arrived, meaning the page you landed on, the referring website, and any campaign parameters in the link you followed.
There is no advertising pixel on this site, no analytics tracker, and no cookie set by us.
Why it is collected and how it is used
To respond to your inquiry and to discuss and arrange a speaking engagement. Your details are stored in our contact records so that a conversation about an event can be picked up over time.
Speaking inquiries are answered personally. They are not added to any automated marketing sequence.
Who it is shared with
Your information is never sold and never shared for anyone else's marketing. It is handled by service providers who operate this site and our records on our behalf, currently Netlify for hosting, Supabase for our contact records, and Resend for email delivery. They may only process it for us.
How long it is kept
Inquiry records are kept while a conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
You will receive an acknowledgement of your inquiry and a personal reply. If we ever send you anything else, every message carries a one click unsubscribe and our postal address, and we honor opt outs.
Embedded video
Pages on this site embed video using YouTube's no cookie player. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play. When you do, YouTube receives that request and its own terms and privacy policy apply.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email chuck@midtownbiohack.com and we will action it. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.
This site does not respond to Do Not Track signals, because there is no tracking here to disable.
Children
This site is intended for business inquiries from adults and is not directed at children.
